With over 25 years of construction management experience, Paul Troast, CEO of Troast Legan, has a proven track record of finishing every project he’s ever worked on, in time, and under budget.

Troast Legan Development is focused on converting multi-family buildings into single family luxury homes in the New York City real estate market. We research and identify properties that will create a high rate of return for our investors within a one to three year time period. We are not property collectors and will only consider investment deals that can return both principal and profits to investors’ with three years.

Real Estate investing is generally a passive investment tool for investors to diversify their assets in, an alternative way, and reap the potentially high rates of returns associated with it. At Troast Legan, we are dedicated to our investors and strive to provide the highest level of client service in the industry. Similar to the intimacy of a private bank, all investors will be frequently communicated with to feel the excitement and passion of our team and discuss the status of each project on an ongoing basis.

Our investment process is unique, in that, you are dealing with an accomplished financial planner who has investment experience in many different types of accounts and asset classes. We understand how real estate investing, as an alternative asset, can diversify and lower the risk of your investment portfolio.

Whether the funds are coming from qualified accounts (401Ks to IRAs) or non-qualified accounts, we provide a detailed assessment of how some of our investment opportunities may fit in. Furthermore, we have an accredited network of banks, real estate brokerage and development firms, and investment companies that we can partner with on both debt and equity financing deals.
